To complement the "BUS2 Guidelines and Action Proposals", the 3 BUS2 demonstration employment areas have drawn up their own action plans with the following objectives:

  • Reducing obstacles to the renovation of residential and tertiary sector buildings, both public and private

  • Developing the skills of current and future building professionals

  • Significantly increasing the number of companies trained in high-performance renovation.

Many of the BUS2 proposals for action are supplemented by examples of good practice identified in the three pilot areas. But before all the employment areas can be involved in a similar approach, it is necessary to check the feasibility, refine the implementation methods and measure the impact of each action. To achieve this, support from national, regional and local authorities is essential, as are new human and financial resources to coordinate the project.

« The meeting of jobs, skills, environmental public policies and the anticipation of economic players makes complete sense in terms of both local economic development and territorial transition. »
